    Day 3-4: ASSIGNMENT 1

    ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:

You will now build your first example landing page.

    Example Scenario:

You have a client with a car detailing business that wants to get more appointments booked. They are currently using their organic social media (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tik Tok) to promote their services. The goal is for viewers to go to their profile once they see their reels or posts and click on their bio to book an appointment. Your job is to get that viewer on the landing page to book the appointment when they click on the link in the bio.

Things to consider when doing the winner’s writing process:

    • How will I capture attention with my headline?

    • How will I poke and prod at their pain/desire?

    • What should the offer be? (This is where you get creative)

      • Discounted price (i.e. 40% off or “save $X.00”)

      • Free add on (“Free wax with our deluxe package”)

    • What is my call to action (CTA)?

      • Book now

      • Call now

      • Click below to schedule

    REMEMBER:

At this phase, we’re focusing on writing, not perfecting design. Don’t get caught up on looks right now and just focus on the content.

Day 7: Do An A/B Split Test

    Day 7 Instructions:

Today you will now take the published version of your first landing page and make a second version of it.

This will simulate an A/B split test project.

Of course, you will not be going live with this project, but I do want you to resubmit your homework again in the portal for additional feedback.

DO NOT WAIT FOR FEEDBACK TO CONTINUE THE COURSE!
